'The Dream' ........ Another image I couldnt've imagined, this one is special. Found only in the Banggai Archipelago of Indonesia and The Lembeh Strait, these Banggai Cardinalfish swim into the current, as the anemome is blown in the other direction.

'The Color Purple' ........ Two Ocellaris Clownfish, safe in a beautiful purple anenome. There are many different anenomes & anenomefish. Taken in Bali.
'Unicorn Trio' ........ What began as a buisness card design, became a best seller! An automatic smile... I combined two Unicorn Tang images and folks love it as a print.
'Alien' ....... a Peacock Mantis Shrimp, and the first time I saw one at a 50 foot depth, off the coast of Bali at a dive site called The Liberty Wreck ... an amazing creature!
'Starry Night' ....... Occasionally, I get to capture an image that I could'nt even imagined. This is one of those. The debris in the water, lit by my lights, presents as stars in a starry sky. Add a gorgeous anenome with fish & Voila!
'Misool Reef Scene' ........ A great example of a healthy reef. Whitetips resting, cleaner shrimp, starfish and lovely corals, 'Magic Mountain', Misool, Raja Ampat, Indoneria.
'Clowns in Motion' ........ As the current blows over a coralhead in Misool, Raja Ampat, Indonesia, several anenome fish face into the current ,waiting for food to arrive.
'Coralhead' ........ In Pacific Harbor in Fiji, there are coral reefs thriving with fish and sealife, This coralhead is called 'Seven Sisters'.
'Octo Eye' ........ Octopuses tend to hide from predators in the coral and rocks of the reef. I was able to capture this detail of the eye & exhaust tube of this beauty without disturbing it. One of my favorite marine images.
'Octo' ........ A lovely pose by a Pacific Day Octopus in the waters off Slaughterhouse Beach, Westside Maui. South of Kapalua, an actual slaughter house was on the cliffs above, hence the name ...
'The Green Wall' ........ A great example of Marine Nature posing as Art. An single anenomefish makes its way across a beautiful green anenome, as a gentle current creates an ever-changing background.
'Unicorn' ........ A straight on image of a very picturesque Unicorn Fish. The light in the water, on this particular day at West Mauis' Blackrock, created a almost Pixar Cartoon effect.
'RedClown' ........ Anenomefish are a never-gets-old marine photo-op for me. I love the many different kinds of anenome backgrounds & the amazing varieties of Anenomefish.
'Safe' ........ This particular image is one of my favs. At night, the anemone closes up & this clownfish was trying to hide in what part was left to hide in. You can see several glass shrimp on the anenome wall if you look closely.
'Unicorn Duo' ........ My favorite Hawaiian reeffish, thesed two Unicorn Tangs strike a 'Hero Pose'. While super colorful, and amazingly designed, they are a bit challenging to photograph.
'Baitball Hunters' ........ A large school of Akule (Hawaiian for bigeye scad) in a ball formation, makes room for the hunting Omilu (bluefin trevally). Captured just outside Honokohau Harbor, Big Island of Hawaii ..
'Spinnerpod' ........ Off the Kona Coast, until 2022, swimming with Spinner dolphin was allowed. A buddy &I ran into this pod and we were able to do several 'drops'. These 2 were a couple of feet in front of me. Awesome!
'Dolphliers' ........ A pair of Spinner Dolphin jump in the air, as they love to do, in the wake of the boat. Super playful and very entertaining, they are found iin pods of up to a hundred in Maui.
'Family of Five' ........ Five Spinner Dolphin, out of a pod of over a hundred, are busy jumping thru the wake of our boat. I have to anticipate the jump to get shots like this. A great challenge.
